Shipping Policy
1) We at Neytt aim to make your purchase process as simple & easy as possible. Once a purchase has been made a confirmation mail would be sent to the registered e-mail address of the customer informing them of the scheduled date of arrival.
2) Neytt will make every effort to carry out deliveries on the given date. Orders would be shipped out within 10 – 14 days with the exception of custom orders which would require 45 – 50 days to ship out. Since we offer worldwide shipping, dates of arrival change depending on delivery location. We hope you understand if there is a delay of some sort. In case of a delay in shipping, Neytt will inform its customers using the registered e-mail address or contact number.
3) Neytt provides free shipping pan India. In case of international orders, the marketing team would reach out to the client directly on the registered email with delivery charges. In case of any octroi / customs and clearance charges, the customer would have to handle them at their end.
4) Neytt will try to deliver the items to the mentioned address three times, After which Neytt reserves the right to cancel the order & retain up to 30% of the order amount. The customer hereby agrees that the title of the purchased product changes from ‘Neytt Homes Pvt Ltd.’ to the customer’s name once the item is delivered to their doorstep.
5) Neytt will not accept a change of delivery address once the order has been placed. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified while placing an order.
6) Custom rugs are specifically tailored to a client’s requirement and reselling them would not be possible. Neytt reserves the right to not accept returns on custom made rugs.
7) Neytt will not accept cancellation at the time of delivery on the grounds of inaccessibility to the customers desired delivery location (e.g. doorway too small, insufficient space to manoeuvre the purchased items through the premises, road inaccessible to delivery van, etc.).
8) We at Neytt consider customer satisfaction as our utmost priority. In an unfortunate circumstance of any legal dispute arising, the Courts at Alappuzha alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction, to the exclusion of all other courts.
